Shougang Group is one of the largest steel companies in China. In the 21st century, in order to solve the development problems of the capital city, Shougang Group relocated from Shijingshan Industrial Park to Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, and this vast project created the first large-scale modernized iron and steel base in China which is built near the sea. As a professional screw pump manufacturer in China, RSP has contributed its wisdom in this huge project. Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Union Limited 2250mm, 1580mm hot rolling, 2230mm, 1700mm, 1550m cold rolling relocation project using RSP HSN series products, this series of pumps has been running steadily and performing well since on-site installation.

The ESP production line of Rizhao Steel Group is the ESP production line that ranks first in China and second in the world for batch production of ultra-thin hot rolled products. The production line adopts continuous production process, the whole production line from molten steel to finished products can reduce 2-3 heating furnaces, and can produce international first-class 0.8mm ultra-thin hot rolled steel coils, which can fill the blank in China. RSP supplied nearly 100 sets of HSA series three-screw pumps for this project to serve the circulating lubrication system in the four ESP production lines, this series of pumps has been running steadily and performing well since on-site installation.
